Womenswear capsule collection. The collection took inspiration from folk and indigenous art. Using a range of influences from Eastern Europe to the Eskimos. A bold mix of decorative and ornamental, natural, and symbolic with a hint of mystical.
My Contributions
Research and development of various styles and influences ranging from Eastern European national dress to the hallucination-inspired art of the Eskimo tribes in Canada.
I built a collection of decorative and ornamental elements, mystical and spiritual and delivering on the nomadic aesthetic.
All elements were hand drawn digitally and composed into a collection of free-form pieces which could be utilised to create patterns and larger graphics.
